Delivery within Denmark takes place with GLS or PostNord

GLS package must not exceed 200 cm in length, and the length and circumference must not exceed 300 cm.

dao package must not exceed 60 cm in length, and the length and circumference must not exceed 200 cm.

The weight of GLS and PostNord package must not exceed 10 kg.

If the package weighs more than the above, it is necessary to divide the order into more packages. This means that you must pay for extra postage. We will contact you if it becomes relevant.

Shipping to GLS and PostNord parcel shop in Denmark for a package up to 10 kg is 7 EUR for standard delivery. Shipping with GLS and PostNord for a package up to 10 kg for delivery to a company/institution address is 7 EUR. GLS and PostNord shipping with delivery to a private address is 7 EUR.

Delivery costs are charged as a fixed rate and apply to deliveries to bridged islands. This includes all usual costs of packing, delivery documents, transport, and delivery costs with normal delivery

If you choose to have your order sent to a GLS and PostNord parcel shop, GLS and PostNord will send you an SMS or an e-mail when you can pick up the package in the parcel shop.

You must pick up the package in the parcel shop within 10 working days – otherwise it will be automatically returned to Precision Technic Defence A/S.

If you choose to have your package with GLS and PostNord sent to your private address or to a company address, GLS and PostNord usually delivers the package the following weekday, and you will not be notified when we have sent the package.

If you have filled in a wrong or missing name, company name or address when placing the order, the package will be returned to Precision Technic Defence A/S. The extra delivery cost will be added to the order amount when we send your package back to the correct address.

If you choose to cancel the order in connection with the package being returned due to an error in your entry of name, company name or address, we will deduct expenses from the order value for the extra postage imposed on us to have the item returned.

If you have not been able to pick up your package and it is sent back to us, and you still want to receive the package, you must pay to have it sent back to you again.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

Your package will normally be dispatched with GLS or PostNord or with a shipping agent of our choice on the same or next business day after cleared payment. We always confirm via email that your products have been shipped.

In some cases, the delivery time may be longer if the product is not in stock, however in most cases the delivery time will not exceed 30 days.

Delivery outside Denmark

Delivery outside Denmark takes place with GLS or a shipping agent of our choice.

The package must not exceed 200 cm in length, and the length and circumference must not exceed 300 cm.

The weight of the package must not exceed 5 kg.

If the package weighs more than the above, it is necessary to divide the order into more packages. This means that you must pay for extra postage. We will contact you if it becomes relevant.

Delivery cost with GLS or a shipping agent of our choice for a package up to 5 kg is 21 EUR.

Delivery costs are charged as a fixed rate. This includes all usual costs of packing, delivery documents, transport, and delivery costs with normal delivery

If you choose to have your package with GLS sent to your private address or to a company address, GLS usually delivers the package the following weekday, and you will not be notified when we have sent the package.
